Before pouring the new concrete, we make sure we properly prepare the area. This includes demolition and removal of the existing concrete, asphalt, or soil. We make sure the ground is compact, bringing in gravel where needed. A solid sub-base helps prevent the concrete from moving and cracking.

After the area is ready, we pour the concrete. Most driveways, patios, and sidewalks are poured 4" deep, unless 6" is requested.  Wire mesh and/or re-bar is added in the concrete during most jobs, unless it is not necessary.  Depending on preference, we usually finish the job with a finished edge and broom finish.  The concrete area is then sprayed with concrete sealer. 

If you have existing concrete you would like to protect, we also offer concrete sealing services for existing concrete. We use high quality concrete sealer that will help protect your concrete, helping it last longer. If you have a specific concrete sealer preference that is available, we can also use that instead. We are able to power wash the concrete prior to application if desired.

In addition to pouring and sealing concrete, we also can raise existing concrete. This is often the case with front stoops or porches. Raising a concrete stoop can often be done for under 1/3 the cost of replacing a concrete stoop. Raising concrete is a cost-effective alternative to completely re-pouring concrete that has dropped.
