Stiles Construction LLC was founded in 2011 by father (Kenny Stiles) and son (James Stiles).

Kenny Stiles

Kenny Stiles has 30 years experience in construction, land development, project management, and commercial/retail property management.  Kenny worked for custom-home builder C.V. Perry & Co., located in Columbus. Here he was a project manager and land developer; responsible for the timely delivery of finished lots for both company-built homes and lot sales to other builders.

Kenny coordinated the addition of sewer, storm, water lines, streets, landscapes, entrance ways, and ponds on job sites. To achieve this, he dealt with competitive bids for development construction work, managed and coordinated sub-contractors in the field, and review/approved/coded invoices for work performed. This job also gave Kenny Stiles much experience dealing with building city officials and zoning, especially in the Columbus area.

Through all his experience, Kenny Stiles has learned a great deal about how to get the job done right and customer satisfaction. This was extremely important in a company that created custom built homes. He cares a great deal about his customers and the product or service they receive.

James Stiles

James (Jamie) has just recently graduated college at Ohio State, with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE). Here he studied how to make processes and systems more efficient, which help to make businesses and companies more efficient.
